Thank you

For taking the time to learn more about me!

I’m so humbled that you're here and hope that you gain inspiration and encouragement.

Throughout my life I have learned so many valuable lessons and received the most timely and compassionate help from family, friends, therapists, and God. My experiences with C-PTSD, PTSD, anxiety, codependency and depression developed a desire to share so that I can help you through your own journey.

First, the most important thing to know is why I am doing this; THE why. Having served in the military its ingrained in me to always have an objective that gives you direction and keeps you focused. It's how all mission planning begins.

My Hope for You

My mission

I empower high-performing individuals to break free from limiting cycles by providing encouragement in hard moments, challenging old mindsets, and equipping them for lasting transformation. Through stories, reflection, and tools, I help you reframe your thinking, step into purpose, and pursue life with clarity, grit, and intention.

Encourage

Life was never promised to be easy, and the closer you are to finding your true self and your purpose, the harder it gets.  My hope is to provide encouragement that bolsters you in your hardest moments, to know you are not alone on this journey.

1

My Reasons Why

2

Challenge

I want to challenge old thoughts, mindsets, behaviors, and patterns that have kept you stuck in the dark. To shed light on new ways of thinking; a new path to forge forward on that will equip you for the life you dream of.

3

Transform

Choosing a different way to live your life requires grit and grace. My dream is to give new ways of thinking, tools, and resources you need to truly transform your life, find your purpose, and go after the calling in your life well equipped and with intention.

Support & Share

It is okay to not be okay. Through my own experiences and journey of healing I want to pass on things that have been shared with me and things I have learned (sometimes the hard way) and create a community where you can find support and share your own inspirational stories.

Inspire Adventure

I had lost my sense of adventure after years of depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Through what I have learned I hope to enable you to find your rebellious resiliency and embark on your own adventures to far off places or just down the street to that cute coffee shop or book shop!

My Story

Growing Up

I grew up in the Colorado mountains, running wild with my two younger sisters. My mom fostered our creativity—we built dinosaur museums, mud-themed restaurants, and My Little Pony villages, always lost in stories and imagination.

Despite the magic, my childhood held deep pain. My father was abusive, my mother severely depressed, both trapped in their own unhealed trauma. As a child, I didn’t see it—I just knew to care for those I loved and survive.

At 15, inspired by missionary stories, I joined a three-month trip to the UK. We camped in rugged conditions, learning resilience and faith, unknowingly shaping a calling I would follow much later. But when I returned home, my family was falling apart. My parents’ divorce brought immense pain, yet I admire my mom’s strength—her choice to heal changed everything.

My Wings

After college, I struggled. My graphic design degree didn’t open doors, and retail work left me unfulfilled. I hit rock bottom, unpaid bills in hand, sobbing—praying for help. Then, on a drive through the Colorado mountains, a thought: I could join the Air Force.

When I told my mom, she cried—she had been praying God would give me wings. I enlisted at 24 and served most of my time supporting special operations. It has given me purpose, brought the most incredible people into my life, and made me the woman, leader, and friend I am today.

Here & Now

After 16+ years in the Air Force, I’ve lived a life of discipline, resilience, and service. But beneath the achievements, I carried wounds—PTSD from military experiences I once dismissed as “not a big deal,” perfectionism that kept me chasing an impossible standard, and codependency that blurred my sense of self.

This past year has been one of the hardest and darkest I’ve ever faced—yet also the most transformative. Facing my trauma, unraveling what kept me stuck, and choosing healing has reshaped everything. Now, I’m navigating a major career shift, redefining my purpose beyond the uniform, and searching for meaning in this next chapter of my life.

Healing isn’t neat—it’s raw, messy, and unpredictable. But it’s possible. And if you’ve ever felt stuck, I want you to know—you’re not alone.

I share my personal stories of struggle, faith, and healing in my blog, hoping they help others reclaim their power. Follow along, read, reflect, and face the traumas keeping you stuck. Because transformation starts when you take that first step.

P.S. Navigating healing isn’t easy, which is why I’ve created a free gift to support you. It’s designed to help you reflect, reset, and take those first steps toward transformation. You don’t have to do this alone—just click the button below!
