"Perhaps this is the moment for which
you have been created."
Esther 4:14
Hops flowers have a special place - they hung in one of my therapists rooms - a reminder that the flower dies to become something new - its put through fire for its purpose. It's not loss - it's a process to enhance it's natural essence.

I'm your guide, Hannah
I’m deeply grateful that you’re here, and my hope is that these words and resources bring encouragement, insight, and a sense of possibility.
My own journey through C-PTSD, PTSD, anxiety, codependency, and burn out showed me both the depth of struggle and the power of guidance—through family, therapists, friends, and God. These experiences sparked a calling: to share what I’ve learned so others can navigate their own challenges with courage, clarity, and compassion.
At the heart of everything I do is my why. Having served in the military, I know the importance of a clear objective—it gives direction, focus, and purpose, whether on the battlefield or in the inner work of life.

My Story
Growing Up
I grew up in the Colorado mountains, running wild with my two younger sisters. My mom fostered our creativity—we built dinosaur museums, mud-themed restaurants, and My Little Pony villages, always lost in stories and imagination.
Despite the magic, my childhood held deep pain. Both my parents were trapped in their own unhealed trauma. As a child, I didn’t see it—I just thought it was all normal.
When I was 15 my mom decided to heal the trauma she carried and fight for the family. My parents’ divorced but I admired my mom’s strength - it changed everything.

My Wings
After college, I struggled. My graphic design degree didn’t open doors, and retail work left me unfulfilled. I hit rock bottom, unpaid bills in hand, sobbing—praying for help. Then, on a drive through the Colorado mountains, a thought: I could join the Air Force.
When I told my mom, she cried—she had been praying God would give me wings. I enlisted at 24 and served most of my time supporting special operations. It became my purpose and also brought the most incredible people into my life, made me the leader I am today.
My Breaking Point
For most of my life, I was the one who “had it all together.” I served 17 years as an intelligence professional in the military, rose as a high performer, led global operations, and mentored other high-performers to reach their potential. On the outside, I looked unshakable—strong, capable, steady.
But beneath the surface, I was carrying a lifetime of unhealed trauma—childhood wounds, the weight of military service, sexual trauma, and the silent belief that love had to be earned through perfection and performance. I pushed harder, achieved more, and ignored the whispers of my body until it finally broke through. A panic attack left me with tremors and a stutter, and I found myself at a PTSD treatment facility. In the middle of it, a heart scare stopped me in my tracks. It was the moment I could no longer outrun what I’d been carrying.
That breaking point became the beginning of a new life.
Through deep trauma healing, Internal Family Systems therapy, nervous system work, and spiritual grounding in my faith, I began to listen to my body instead of silencing it. I started to meet my pain with compassion, dismantle old patterns, and let God rebuild me from the inside out. What once felt like weakness became strength, and what once felt like shame turned into purpose.
Today, I stand not as someone who has “arrived,” but as someone who has walked through the fire and found healing on the other side. My story isn’t about perfection—it’s about redemption, resilience, and grace.
My purpose now is to come alongside others—especially high performers who look fine on the outside but feel fractured within—and remind you that you are not broken, not beyond repair, and not alone. Healing is possible. Change is possible. A life that feels whole, rooted, and true is possible.
This space, Wildflower Sojourner, is where I share what I’ve learned: faith-based truths, practical tools for healing, soulful resources, and gentle encouragement to keep going when life feels overwhelming.
Because if there’s one thing I know deep in my bones, it’s this: your story doesn’t end in the breaking. With faith, courage, and compassion, it can become the ground where new life takes root.
